GOODS EXCHANGE

If the product you purchased on markrolland.com does not conform to your size, or you simply wish to change color, or change it with another product, you can do so in accordance with the following conditions (exchange policy):
-Exchanges must be requested within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the product.
-All items for exchange must be returned in their original condition, with intact tags attached. Goods worn, used, washed, altered or damaged will not be accepted. As far as lingerie items are concerned, even the protection of underwear, when provided, must be completely intact.
-Due to the intimate nature of swimwear, tights and lingerie, these products should be tried on over your own clothing.
-The sale of personalized items is final and therefore cannot be changed.
-Items purchased from other resellers or distributors cannot be exchanged on hator.com. These items can be exchanged using the same channel as the original purchase.
-The Products to be exchanged must be delivered to the shipper within fourteen (14) days, starting from the moment you sent us the request to make the exchange.
-The return shipping costs are your responsibility and will not be refunded by us.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:

1. Please write to assistance@markrolland.com by e-mail to start the exchange procedure for one or more products.
2. Our assistance will send you the exchange form, which you will need to print, fill in and send back to us by email.
3. Once the exchange request has been approved by us, you will be given the instructions to follow to ship the products to our warehouses.
4. Store your items inside their original packaging, including all accessories and tags. We remind you that your items must be in the same condition as the original purchase and wrapped in the protective packaging still intact (if applicable).
5. Prepare the package with your items inside, the completed exchange form, and a copy of the purchase document (receipt or invoice, or courtesy receipt if it is a gift).
6. Book the collection of the shipment by contacting the courier of your choice within 14 days.
For example, if you choose to use fast shipping by DHL courier you can click on "MyDHL +" at the following link https://mydhl.express.dhl or using the "DHL Express" mobile app.
The return shipment is at your expense. We do not accept shipments paid by the recipient.
Please keep the courier receipt for your reference and shipment tracking.
7. Once received in our warehouse, items sent for exchange will be processed within 14 business days.
If the products you have returned do not meet the terms of our exchange policy, they will be returned to you and no refund will be made.
If the products you have returned meet the terms of our exchange policy and have the same price as the items you returned, we will proceed directly to ship the new products to you.
If the products you have returned meet the terms of our exchange policy and have a lower price than the items you have returned, you can receive the product and a voucher equal to the price difference that you can use on hator.com for a new one. purchase. If the replacement product meets the terms of our policy and has a higher price than the returned item, we will issue a new order for the price difference that will be sent to you by email with payment instructions.
8. You will receive a confirmation email when your application has been completed.

In the event that you refuse to receive the shipment with replacement products, Hator reserves the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the same.

RETURNS

If you wish to return a product purchased on markrolland.com and obtain a refund, you can opt for the refund of the amount paid for the purchase of the product or request a voucher (which can be used for a new purchase on markrolland.com).
The refund is for the price you paid for the returned items. The refund does not include shipping costs. The voucher is cheaper as it includes a loyalty bonus of 10 euros in addition to the refund. Acceptance of the return is subject to the following conditions (return policy):

CHANGE OF GIFTS

Gifts purchased on hator.com can be exchanged according to our exchange policy. They cannot be refunded.
