Selectable costs and delivery times are indicated when confirming your order within your Hator account.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with delivery details when your order has been delivered to the courier.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for you to be able to track your package.
Hator is not responsible for any unexpected delays beyond our control.
Delivery time is estimated from the time your order is shipped, not when it is placed.
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy (1st and 6th January, Easter Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November and 8th, 25th and 26th December).
On some occasions, such as during holidays or during promotions and sales, there may be slight delays in processing times.
In all cases, Hator reserves the right to postpone the shipment if events involving force majeure occur.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00. Upon delivery, an adult's signature will be required.
All pre-order or customized products will be shipped by the estimated date indicated on the product description page.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes.
If you need to change your shipping or delivery information after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including the delivery address, cannot be changed if the order has already been shipped.
It is possible to ship to only one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a single order for each location.
If you have purchased multiple items, they may be shipped in different packages at no additional charge.
Undelivered packages will be returned to our warehouse and the order amount will be refunded based on the original payment method.
By placing an order you establish a business relationship with Hator S.r.l. and therefore you undertake to accept delivery of the shipment with the products you have purchased. If for any reason you refuse the delivery of the shipment or request the return to the sender, any shipping costs charged to Hator S.r.l. will be deducted from any refund.
